Could anyone advise me please.
I have noticed that a number of sole traders operate under their own name, but with Associates added - usually if they are active in a professional/advisory capacity.
If I wanted to trade under the name Ashley Williams Associates would I need to register this or would it constitute a personal name used for trade that does not require such regulation?
