Domain name dispute

A client of mine has gone bust owing me £3k. They still own their brand name personally - its was always kept separate from the business as they (the directors) have gone bust a number of times before under the same brand name.

It happens that I registered their domain name for them and I am listed as the owner. I am not planning on doing anything with the domain. Can they force me to hand it over to the new "phoenix" company?
