how to register with CHIEF to make an import declaration.

Hi Guys,

Does anyone knows how can I be registered by CHIEF system? and how to get the software? as I need to make an import declaration with HMRC, and from my understanding i need to have a software which allow me processing & completing declarations. Please give me some advice and most welcome to necessary informations to be added.
