What do Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVA's) mean for customers?

PowerHour's picture

I've having a new kitchen. On Monday, work ground to a halt, and we could not contact anyone at all at the firm. We have learned today that they have entered into a CVA. WE have insurance to ensure that our work will be completed if the company ceases to trade, but have they actually ceased to trade? Should we expect work to resume in the near future? Can anyone please advise?

Thanks

S Webb
