Just a short post today to share an image with you from Hugh MacLeod at Gapingvoid.com as it’s so succinct and yet says so much. I love the sentiment in Hugh’s cartoon and it asks some fundamental questions like:
- Have you ‘hugged’ your customer today?
- What does ‘hugging’ your customer mean to your business?
- What happens when you ‘hug’ your customer?
- Would it mean better customer retention, increased loyalty, more referrals?
I’ll leave to you to think about that one.
