Every now and then you come across something truly fabulous. I had one of those moments this afternoon when I spotted a tweeted link by Enterprise Nation to one of the best business-related videos I've ever seen.
Caine's Arcade is a 10-minute film charting the story of a nine-year-old boy from California who after watching his Dad run the family car parts business was inspired to create his own games arcade - out of cardboard!
Using business skills many an entrepreneur would be proud of, Caine came up with a ticket incentive system and a way to validate customers using sticky tape and old calculators.
Caine's adventures have now gone viral after his first customer was inspired to organise a flash mob at the store. A scholarship fund has also been set up to raise money for the youngster to go to college.
If we are to inspire the next generation of business owners, it's stuff just like this which kids should be given access to. A story which shows how business isn't boring; it's fun.
So ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce you to Caine's Arcade...
