Thanks for reading my diary. I shall continue straight on from where I left off previously. So, the last time you read this, we had reached launch. This, as mentioned before, in some detail, was a very painful process. We had always planned for a big launch, and had placed a lot of faith in carefully choosing a PR agency well in advance to assist us.

Welcome and many thanks for reading my new diary. I've only got limited space, so I'll crack straight on with who we are, what we do, and what we've experienced so far. We are VirtualGym TV, and I am Richard Davis, the founder and managing director. In a nutshell, we are Europe's only live broadcasting and on-demand online gym, where our members can access fitness and exercise classes from the UK's very best fitness instructors. We launched on 1 January 2008.
