Achieving success has little to do with the size of a company, argued the chief executive of telecoms giant BT recently. Delivering an inspiring address at the British Chambers of Commerce annual conference, Ben Verwaayen called on the UK's entrepreneurs to enhance their leadership skills and exploit today's business opportunities. Dan Martin reports.

"It's my personal belief that leadership and entrepreneurial behaviour has little to do with the size of a company," Verwaayen said.
