Technology is a vital component for the success of any business. Yet, even after you have spent the time, energy and budget to select the solutions that will most benefit you, there are challenges ahead.
At the top of the list is likely to be how to drive adoption, especially when use of the technology in question, forces people out of their comfort zones and into new behaviours.
Web conferencing in particular is changing the way smaller companies do business. However, without a clearly defined adoption policy, the time and money spent bringing in the new service could be wasted, and the benefits unrealised, as it goes unused.
