Matthew Holmes, Liquid AccountsMatthews Holmes, managing director of Liquid Accounts and winner of the web hosted accounting and finance software category at the 2008 Software Satisfaction Awards, reveals how he keeps his customers happy, why social networking is a key part of the company's marketing strategy and his predictions for the software industry in 2009.

1. What routes do you provide customers to ensure they are easily able to provide feedback about your products and business?

For any online software, service is the key (that's why it's called Software as a Service!). Our USP as an industry is that we don't tie people in and that we're easier to use and more cost effective, and if we don’t deliver, our customers are free to go somewhere else!
