Most people will know the sinking sensation one feels as an email blunder zips its way across the web, your embarrassment moving irretrievably with it at light speed towards its contact destination.

BusinessZone.co.uk member Kimberly Nasief-Westergren’s comment on last week’s ‘making a good first impression’ article highlighted how tone can often be misconstrued in an e-mail. “It's best just to call and discuss, rather than continue the dialogue digitally,” she wrote.

Too true, but email can be a hard habit to break. We’re not going to give you another list of email etiquette dos and don’ts, we want to hear about interesting and entertaining email mistakes you’ve witnessed, and how the aftermath was dealt with.
