Our consumer culture tells us that the customer is always right, sometimes rude, often misguided or even plain silly, but right nonetheless. Apart from the chap in this video; we fear may have eated one too many lead sandwiches as a child.

Nobody enjoys hearing about a silly customer complaint more than us; but it can be less funny for the people on the front line, staring into the dull eyes of another disgruntled fool. So we're looking for tips, techniques and anecdotes on how you deal with stupid customer complaints.
