In a 30-year career in the music industry, Robert Stephenson has worked with acts ranging from rock giants U2 to reality TV stars Jedward. He is now running Blastbeat, a social enterprise which uses music to inspire young people. Dan Martin met Stephenson and found out more in an exclusive interview.
