A new study claims women make better business leaders than men when the going gets tough because they are more prudent and wary. Serial entrepreneur Karen Darby and founder of School for Startups Doug Richard, both supporters of BusinessZone's small competition The Pitch, appeared on BBC Radio 5 Live to discuss whether the findings are correct.
