Budget 2010 sweepstake: Winner announced

iPad

While the Budget may not have held too many surprises for most of us, one lucky BusinessZone.co.uk member did get something nice out of it – an Apple iPad!

Along with our sister site AccountingWEB.co.uk, we received hundreds of guesses for the Sage-sponsored competition, but it was Emily Perry, from Communications Management in Hertfordshire, who walked away with the prize after correctly guessing that the chancellor would say the word ‘economic’ seven times during his speech.

“I’m absolutely thrilled to have won. I’ve never won anything before!”, said Emily when we called to give her the good news.
