Duncan Bannatyne picks his 30-second pitch winners

Dragons' Den judge Duncan Bannatyne has selected the designers of quirky cases for laptops, iPads and Kindles as the winners of a competition requiring entrepreneurs to pitch to him in just 30 seconds.
Jenna Rayer and Sam Charles, co-founder of Freckles and Gilbert, won The Perfect Pitch, organised by Bannatyne Digital. Entrants had to send a short pitch to the entrepreneur via YouTube. The winning prize was a new website and mentoring from Bannatyne himself.
Charles said: "We're really looking forward to having a new professional website so we can advertise better and sell our products online. A good website is essential to our plans so this means so much to us."
The business duo have already received interest from major retailers including Dixons and John Lewis and hope a new website and online sales will increase interest from other household names.
"We're planning on getting everything in place with the factory in Pakistan where the products are being made," Charles added. "Then we can set up meetings with large retailers so we’re able to negotiate the basics such as cost and number of products required. Having a fantastic website is what we’re missing at the moment."
Duncan Bannatyne said: "Selling your business in 30 seconds is not easy but we had some very impressive entrants to the competition. In fact, we could have created a good episode of Dragons' Den!
