No end of recession celebration, says entrepreneur

As official figures show the UK has limped out of the recession, one entrepreneur has claimed it is still not time to celebrate.
According to the Office of National Statistics (ONS), the UK has emerged from the longest recession on record with the economy growing by 0.1% between October and December 2009.
But Charlie Mullins, founder of Pimilico Plumbers, said entrepreneurs should not be opening the champagne.
