Budget 2010: Welcome surprises for entrepreneurs (unless you're a cider drinker)

The 2010 Budget offered some welcome crumbs, if nothing else, for battle weary business owners, says Paul Webb, tax partner at Robert James Partnership. 

We all anticipated this budget wouldn’t be too controversial and it wasn’t. It is clear Labour are staying true to their core supporters, and making the rich pay for earlier borrowings, as the Telegraph puts it.
