A pre-budget report wishlist for entrepreneurs

With Alistair Darling's 2009 pre-budget report around the corner, Lesley Stalker outlines what small businesses will be hoping the speech includes.

Exactly when the pre-budget report is going to be announced is still a topic of hot debate. The latest rumours are that it will take place after the Queen’s speech, so not before 25th November. It might even be pushed into December, in which case likely dates are 2nd and 3rd. But this is all mere speculation, whatever date it’s on, let’s hope it’s a good one for business owners.
