A pre-budget report wishlist for entrepreneurs

With Alistair Darling's 2009 pre-budget report around the corner, Lesley Stalker outlines what small businesses will be hoping the speech includes.

Exactly when the pre-budget report is going to be announced is still a topic of hot debate. The latest rumours are that it will take place after the Queen’s speech, so not before 25^th November. It might even be pushed into December, in which case likely dates are 2^nd and 3^rd. But this is all mere speculation, whatever date it’s on, let’s hope it’s a good one for business owners.
