Exclusive video: Doug Richard on why he wasn't born an entrepreneur

Serial entrepreneur Doug Richard, made famous by his appearance on the original series of BBC TV's Dragons' Den, is known for his straight talking approach to business as is illustrated in the exclusive video interview below.

In it, he reveals his views on what the government should be doing - and not doing - to support small business owners and how it's perfectly possible to teach entrepreneurship. In addition, Richard, who now runs School for Startups and is a judge at the final of The Pitch 2009, admits that he is not interested in being inspired by the likes of Richard Branson and his belief that he is the least likely person in the world to be a successful entrepreneur.
