Employers to benefit from PAYE reform

HMRC is introducing changes to its Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system in a bid to simplify the penalty system and free employers from year-end fines.
From 2013, employers will be required to use Real Time Information to submit returns to HMRC on a monthly basis, each time an employee is paid.
