New team begins crusade against minimum wage violators

  • Dynamic Resource Team is run by HM Revenue and Customs
  • It aims to resolve high profile National Minimum Wage violation
  • Key priority is tackling underpayment of migrant workers

The government has launched a new taskforce aimed at resolving the most high profile and complicated cases involving businesses which fail to pay employees the National Minimum Wage.

A key priority for the new Dynamic Resource Team, run by HM Revenue and Customs, is to look at cases where employers are using migrant labour to undercut competitors by paying below the minimum wage.
