Video: Windows Phone 7 and small businesses

Microsoft has launched Windows Phone 7, a new version of its mobile phone operating system which it hopes will tempt personal and business users away from the likes of Apple.

The technology giant says the new products, which will launch in the UK as six different phones on 21 October, answer the questions of many critics who have complained that the company has failed to provide an offering to match that of its rivals in in the competitive smartphone market.

As well as consumer features such as social networking and games, Microsoft claims Windows Phone 7 will also benefit business users looking to increase productivity.

BusinessZone.co.uk was at the London launch of Windows Phone 7 and got a demonstration of the Microsoft Office features from Microsoft's Chris Adams. Watch the video below and let us know whether you think the new products could benefit your business.
