After reading the recent article about Clare's Accessories deleting Facebook fans' complaints, it got us thinking about what we and YOU regard as great customer service. We are proud of our customer service and the fact that to date 100% of our customers would recommend Concept Vehicle Leasing. Customer service shouldn't be about what a company thinks looks good but it should be genuine. If a company is genuine then people will continue to keep coming and develop trust in the brand and the service.
So as this is our first post, we've kept it short to ask you, your thoughts?
